Orders will usually be despatched within two working days. If any delay in your order is anticipated you will be notified promptly by email.

Returns & Replacements

When buying from Babouche Bazaar you are covered by normal business to retail customer rules and regulations and have the right to a full refund within 14 days. You will find us very flexible; we are always happy to offer exchange of goods if you find that you have ordered the incorrect size or wish to try a different style or colour. In the unlikely event that the goods you receive from us are damaged or defective in any way you have the choice of a replacement or full refund upon their return to us.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All credit and debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on ANY website. If you are unsure about entering your card details you have the option of entering the order then sending money by direct bank transfer, cheque or postal order.

Tax Charges

Babouche Bazaar is not VAT registered. Therefore all prices appearing on this site are VAT free.

Payment Methods

We accept Credit and Debit Cards via Paypal, Cheque, Postal Order and Direct Bank Transfer. Please note that where payment is made by cheque, goods will not be sent until the funds have been cleared.
